This is in response to a request for the sauce served on Olive Garden's Ravioli di Portebello. I have not had it but it sounds so good!
- Heat slowly until cheese is melted.
- Serve over pasta.
Made as stated and it was OK. Added salt and pepper to taste which helped immensely. Topped dish with parmesan and it was fantastic!!
I had to add about another cup of white sauce because it was just to thick and heavy. I agree with the others it was missing something....
I dont really know what recommendations to make because Id really have to start over with a new recipe.
