  1. Made as stated and it was OK. Added salt and pepper to taste which helped immensely. Topped dish with parmesan and it was fantastic!!

  2. I had to add about another cup of white sauce because it was just to thick and heavy. I agree with the others it was missing something....

  3. I dont really know what recommendations to make because Id really have to start over with a new recipe.

  4. this is great. I fix it just like olive garden(with mushroom ravioli. Thanks, we love it!!!

  5. Our family loved this. Of course, it needs the white sauce recipe (1/4 c butter, 1/4 c flour, 2 cups milk was what we used.) I'm now experimenting with freezing the sauce and trying it over different types of pasta. For us, it's a keeper.

I live in Omaha NE and am an audiologist at Boys Town National Research Hospital. I love to cook, as does my husband Michael. In the summer, we have a large garden and try to use alot of fresh fruits/veggies in our cooking. We have a 5 year old daughter, Kate and almost 2 year old son Sam and enjoy introducing them to new foods. One of their favorites is fresh pesto smeared on crackers!
