I live in Orangevale, California with two grown kids still living at home. I work quite a bit and get home quite late so I've had to find ways to make quick dinners (with little or no pre-planning!) I've taught the kids to enjoy home cooking, no matter how simple, rather than opt for fast-food so that puts a little pressure on me to have something for them but I enjoy it! On weekends, I find the time to get a little creative or try new more detailed recipes and keep the ones that work for me!
