- 1360.77-1814.36 g chicken wings
- 59.14 ml soy sauce
- 59.14 ml sherry wine
- 59.14 ml honey
- 14.79 ml hoisin sauce
- 14.79 ml orange juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
directions
- Place the wings in the slow cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients then pour over the wings.
- Cook on high for one-and-a-half to two hours, or low for three to three-and-a-half hours.
- Put in oven under broiler for 5 minutes or in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes before serving to make the skin crispy.

I scaled recipe back for 5 wings but on low after 3 hours they were still not quite cooked and had to put them on high for 45 minutes so did not have time to put them in the oven to crisp up which I feel would have really finished them off but they were still tasty and were enjoyed thank you Mebriella made for What's On The Menu at FF&F.
