  1. Rita, I tried this the other day, as I was suffering from allergies. I made enough for 1 bath; scale the epsom salts to 2 cups but cut the peppermint down to 1/4 cup and the eso down to 8 drops. I find that in such concentration, it tends to burn my skin and I can "tingle" for hours later. That was plenty strong for me and it worked like a charm. The cucumber was the kicker!!! Thanks for finding a charm!!

  2. This worked a treat. My friend suffers from terrible sinus headaches, at least one a week and it did relieve them! I added extra peppermint extract since it seemed to me that to get to the sinus'es a stronger amt would be better. The one thing i forgot to do was take a picture and Kay will be up thursday so am asking her to bring it with her and then will have the photo. well her kitty got sick so now she wont be here til next week. Made a new batch bc i have a cough that i can't "clear" and it works for that too!

  3. This made for a very soothing soak. My cheap food processor wasn't able to grind the peppermint to a fine powder, so I ended up with lots of little flakes floating around my tub, but the scent was still heavenly. I think I would add even more peppermint oil next time. Ahh...
