Sinfully Good Brownies

"These are the best brownies. When making the batter you can add 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts if you like."

• Serves: 10-12

ingredients

• 1 cup soft butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 1⁄3 cup cocoa
• 4 eggs
• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

• Topping

• 1 lb mini marshmallows

• Frosting

• 1 2⁄3 cups powdered sugar
• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1⁄3 cup cocoa
• 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk

directions

1. Mix together the butter, sugar and cocoa. Add the eggs. Mix just till blended. Then add the flour, vanilla, salt and nuts (optional).
2. Pour in a greased 1 inch deep baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or until done.
3. Cover with mini marshmallows and bake for another 3 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients together and pour on top.
