I was at a friends house one night when I saw them preparing zucchini in a way very similar to this, so when I went home later, I decided to put my own little twist on it and now I have this great side dish!

  1. Thinly slice the zucchini, slightly on the bias while you melt and heat the butter in a 12 inch saute pan on medium/medium-high heat.
  2. When the butter is hot, but not browned, add the zucchini, dill and salt and pepper to taste. Using tongs, saute until the zucchini is soft and slightly brown.
  3. Enjoy!
