  1. Slice garlic very thin, saute in butter until soft. Shred carrot, chop peppers and spinach and add to pan. Add wine and seasonings and simmer 7 minutes stirring occasionally. Add shrimp (tails removed) and heat through if cooked or until pink if uncooked. Serve hot over linguine. Enjoy!

"DELICIOUS" A full plate of goodness, the combination of ingredients make this a worthwhile meal. I made as written with a couple small adjustments I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the butter, omitted the hot red pepper and served over regular linguine. Thanks for posting this wonderful recipe, a keeper and will be made often. Made for Spring 2012 PAC.
