A delicious, very easy meal that will not heat up your house in the summertime, but really it is good any time of year. The finished product is great on lettuce as a salad or on sandwiches.
- 1 (5 lb) bag boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 10)
- 1 (1 ounce) packetof zesty Italian salad dressing mix
- 14 ounces pepperoncini peppers

- In a crock pot, place the frozen chicken breasts, package of zesty Italian dry mix, and the whole jar of pepperoncinis. You can buy the whole pepperoncinis or the sliced ones. Turn the crock pot on high and allow the chicken to cook for 6-8 hours. Use a fork to shred the chicken while it is cooking.
