  • For cakes:

  • Prepare angel food according to instructions on box.
  • Lay two pieces of wax paper on two flat cooking sheets.
  • Evenly distribute angle food batter on cooking sheets and spread evenly
  • Bake separately for about 25 minutes on 450 degrees (or until golden).
  • For filling:

  • Combine heavy whipping cream and sugar in medium bowl.
  • Mix until frothy and thick.
  • *Leaving cream slightly runny is messier but moistens the cake.
  • Spread cream evenly on both cakes.
  • Place preferred amount of desired fruit on cakes.
  • *For a less healthy alternative, scatter chocolate chips on the cakes instead of fruit.
  • Roll
  • Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
  • If you're one of those fruit and chocolate kind of people, an nice touch would be to drizzle chocolate on top:).
