- 1 unbaked pie shell

Crumb ingredients
- 354.88 ml flour
- 59.14 ml butter or 59.14 ml margarine
- 177.44 ml light brown sugar
- 2.46 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml salt

Syrup ingredients
- 2.46 ml baking soda, dissolved in
- 177.44 ml boiling water
- 177.44 ml dark corn syrup
directions
- Preheat over to 375.
- Mix crumb ingredients till crumbly :).
- Mix syrup ingredients well. Pour syrup mixture into pie shell.
- Immediately sprinkle crumbs on top of liquid.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.

I'm a misplaced Texan in Damn Yankee territory...SAVE ME!!! just kidding, although I do miss Texas terribly. I have found CT to be a beautiful friendly place to live. I love to cook and bake...but I loathe the clean-up. So, half the time my kitchen is clean and we eat out, or it's a wreck and we eat delicious. Oh well...
