  1. This is the BEST tater tot casserole I have EVER had! I'm not a fan of layering (I don't have time for all of that!) so I mix it all together after I brown the beef and then just throw it in the dish and line the tater tots across the top.

  2. My 3 new kids ask me to make a tater tot casserole like their Mom makes but I didn't have a recipe, so I got this one and made it. It turned my fussy eaters into ravaged beast! They gobbled the whole thing down and commented that it was the best they ever had. I have to say also that is was easy to make and loved it too! Thanks!

  3. This is delicious, warm, filling, and inexpensive. I made a half recipe, but used the whole can of soup. I also used cream of celery soup. I used a can of mixed vegetables instead of the green beans. Just using what I had on hand, and this recipe... we had a wonderful dinner! Thank you for posting

  4. This went over great with my family. The only thing I added were some of those french fried onions like you put on top of green bean casserole & some garlic powder. Thanks for an easy week night meal! :)

  5. Pretty good dinner. I especially liked the flavor of the sauce mixture. My husband said it would be better with mashed potatoes and more cheese. Was a little bland, but is probably good for kids that way. I gave it 4 stars, hubby gave it 3. Will make again using mashed potatoes.

I am married and have three children ages 9 to 16. I work full-time so between work and attending as many school functions as I can possibly fit in, I have little time to prepare "gourmet" type dishes which require a lot of preparation time. I like tasty, quick-fix meals that use ingredients that are usually in my house and don't require an extra trip to the store. When I'm not waiting on my family or working, I like to do counted cross-stitch and recently started a new hobby----quilting.
