- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 drops asian hot chili oil
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well to blend.
