  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and Tabasco for 2-12 hour, covered in the fridge.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Remove chicken and drain.
  4. Roll in dry ingredients.
  5. Shake off excess.
  6. Place in a baking dish.
  7. Pour butter on top.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is done.
