• 4 large garlic, minced
• 9.85 ml ginger, grated
• 29.58 ml sugar
• 29.58 ml peanut oil
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 2.46 ml red pepper flakes
• 29.58 ml sesame seeds, toasted
• 88.74 ml soy sauce
• 29.58 ml sesame oil
• 59.14 ml rice wine vinegar
• 59.14 ml cilantro, chopped
