  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce) package devil's food cake
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 dash salt

directions

  • Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
  • In separate bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar - creaming until light and fluffy. Add egg and salt - beating well, stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon one heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture onto center of each cupcake.
  • Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
  • Cool in pan for 20 minutes.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
