  1. Very good replacement for Johnny's seasoning or Lawry's. It doesn't taste like either but still is good.

  2. My MD didn't like my blood pressure so he started me on a new regime. One of the things he stressed was to cut back on the sodium. I started looking for a low-sodium seasoning salt that I could live with. All of the others I found were 2/3 to 9/10 salt. I was very pleased to find this. I cut the salt back to 1 tablespoon. It was still very good. The only other change I made was to add 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper to it. I store it in a well washed and dried shaker top hot sauce bottle in the fridge. a shake or two into the palm of the hand and then a pinch of it and gently scatter it over whatever you're working on. My thanx for posting this great recipe. Pierre
