- 1 cup salt or 1 cup ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mace
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
directions
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
- Store, tightly covered, at room temperature.
- Keeps for two years.
- Makes an excellent gift!

What a wonderful seasoning blend. I made the Seasoned Pepper and used it on pork steaks. Everyone loved the blend of the spice on the meat. I did leave out the mace only because I did not have any, and our little market in town did not carry it. I will definitely keep this in my spice cabinet from now on! Made and reviewed for Spring PAC 09
