This recipe was designed with children in mind, for parties, potlucks and picnics. You can add other veggies to the salad that your child/ren enjoys. Served this at a BBQ that had around half a dozen kids and they all gave it a go. I found a fish cutter and with shell pasta they all really enjoyed their ‘sea shell’ pasta. What was left was just enough for us adults to have a tiny sample. I will keep this recipe on hand for anytime that I need a quick easy kid friendly side dish. It’s so cute and colourful!
