A good way to use up those leftover Easter eggs. My kids will even eat hard boiled eggs this way.
- Divide the sausage into six portions; flatten each.
- Shape each portion around an egg.
- Roll in beaten egg then in cornflake crumbs.
- Place ona rack in a baking pan and bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, turning every 10 minutes.
This is how i made mine. I found the recipe in march/april 2000 taste of home magazine. The only thing different from my recipe is it called for a dash of salt and pepper to taste. These were easy to make. Great tasting. I will definately make them again. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
