  • Divide the sausage into six portions; flatten each.
  • Shape each portion around an egg.
  • Roll in beaten egg then in cornflake crumbs.
  • Place ona rack in a baking pan and bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, turning every 10 minutes.

  1. This is how i made mine. I found the recipe in march/april 2000 taste of home magazine. The only thing different from my recipe is it called for a dash of salt and pepper to taste. These were easy to make. Great tasting. I will definately make them again. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything. The kids aren't so eager about that, but are generally very good sports about it!
