- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 8 ounces cream-style corn
- 8 ounces whole kernel corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 1⁄2 ounces Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 cups cheese
directions
- Melt butter in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients together. Include liquid from the whole kernel corn.
- Spread mixture into a 8 x 10 pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle your favorite shredded cheese on top.
- Bake 10-15 minutes (knife should come out clean).
