This recipe is from Paula Deen (Foodnetwork) and is a favorite of my 7 year old grandson.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place salmon fillet on a foil-lined pan.
  3. Seasoning with house seasoning.
  4. Cover and surround fish with red and green peppers, onion, and sectioned orange slices.
  5. Mix strawberries, water, honey, chervil or dill, garlic and green onions together.
  6. Pour lemon juice over salmon.
  7. Ladle strawberry mixture evenly over salmon.
  8. Cover with foil and pierce foil, allowing steam to escape.
  9. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
