ingredients

4 pork chops
2 tablespoons flour
¹⁄₄ teaspoon seasoning salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₄ teaspoon dry mustard
¹⁄₄ cup oil
¹⁄₄ cup water
¹⁄₄ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons orange marmalade

directions

Season pork chops, and dust with flour.
fry in oil.
mix remaining ingredients, and pour on pork chops.
