My husband absolutely loves these. I make them in pretty big patties and he always eats at least two. We cook them on a George Foreman and they always turn out amazing.


  1. Thaw ground beef.
  2. Add soy sauce and BBQ sauce and mix WELL because the soy sauce tends to settle at the bottom.
  3. Add the desired amount of seasonings and grill.

*Made for PAC Fall 2007* These were quite tasty. A little on the sweet side, but that could be the BBQ sauce I used. I used garlic powder vs garlic salt because the soy sauce is pretty salty. I fried them in a frying pan and the soy sauce did leak out a bit, but overall a good, juicy burger. I would make these again. Nick's Mom
