My husband absolutely loves these. I make them in pretty big patties and he always eats at least two. We cook them on a George Foreman and they always turn out amazing.
- Thaw ground beef.
- Add soy sauce and BBQ sauce and mix WELL because the soy sauce tends to settle at the bottom.
- Add the desired amount of seasonings and grill.
*Made for PAC Fall 2007* These were quite tasty. A little on the sweet side, but that could be the BBQ sauce I used. I used garlic powder vs garlic salt because the soy sauce is pretty salty. I fried them in a frying pan and the soy sauce did leak out a bit, but overall a good, juicy burger. I would make these again. Nick's Mom
