Mixed with ground soy burger, the savory starches transform any old Tupperware bowl into grandma's casserole dish.

  1. Coat skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Pour in broth and add parsnips and sweet potatoes.
  3. cook parsnips and sweet potatoes half way through.
  4. Add 1 cup frozen soy burger (1 pouch frozen Boca).
  5. Add the seasonings and stir until all heated through.
  6. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy.
