Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

"I believe this is a Southern Living at HOME recipe, I really don't remember where I got it. These mushrooms are so good that when I do have company over they request them!"

• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 1 lb maple sausage (Jimmy Dean)
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 30 large mushrooms (about 2 pkgs)

directions

1. pop stems from mushrooms and rinse lightly under water. Set aside to dry.
2. Brown sausage in pan, then drain.
3. Add cream cheese and stir until well melted.
4. Fill mushrooms and place on foil lined cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until browned.
