- 3 sheets puff pastry
- 1 lb sausage, it says 500 grams but looks like the jimmy dean tube
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup tomato sauce
- 1⁄8 cup parsley
- 1 onion, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon basil
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated, small
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 slices bacon, minced

- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1⁄8 cup breadcrumbs
directions
- mix sausage bacon tomato sauce egg bread crumbs herbs
- veggies together should be moist
- put in zip lock bag with corner sniped
- lay out sheet of puff pastry
- cut in 1/2 length wise
- put a layer of filling down the middle using ziplock like piping bag
- fold over both sides til the meet in middle brush with egg to seal
- brush with milk and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- cut into 6 to 8 pieces
- repeat.
- bake on parchment paper to brown bottoms
- bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden
- serve with tomato sauce.
