- 226.79 g hot sausage
- 650.62 ml chicken broth
- 59.14 ml cream
- 236.59 ml kale
- 2 potatoes
- 0.61 ml crushed red pepper flakes
- 1.23 ml salt
directions
- Brown sausage & drain. Add all ingredients in soup pot. Cook for about 1 hour.

Excellent soup! I used fresh chopped spinach in place of the kale, and I did not add crushed red pepper flakes since our sausage was very hot and spicy to begin with. The 1/4 c. of cream gives this the perfect amount of richness without overdoing. Easy to prepare, the boys in the family loved it, and I will make this again, as it's a great way to use up 1/2 lb. of sausage. Great!
