All of my favourite ingredients in ONE recipe - this was delicious! I used a good brand of tinned "choucroute" which is French style sauerkraut - and smoked lardons - I ALWAYS have caraway seeds in my pantry as I use them a lot in my cooking and baking. The addition of the potato was a wonderful touch - added a bit if body to the dish! Made for ZWT 4 and very much enjoyed thanks! FT:-)
