This simple one-dish meal comes from my great aunt.
- 3⁄4 lb hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 large zucchini, chopped
- 2 whole tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 6 ounces shredded cheese
- Mix all the ingredients, except the cheese in a pan.
- Cook until tender.
- Stir in the cheese until it melts and turn off heat.
