ingredients

• 4 small tomatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
• 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano (Greek if available)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. let set in fridge 20 min.
3. Serve.
4. Makes about 2 cups.
