This recipe has incredible flavor and a nice "Crunch!" Very Addictive!!
- 6 -8 roma tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 jalapenos
- 4 -5 green onions
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 lime, juice of
- sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl as follows:.
- Deseed tomatoes and dice (make sure all juice is removed).
- Deseed cucumbers and dice.
- For mild salsa deseed jalapenos and chop finely. For spicy salsa leave seeds in and chop finely.
- Chop green onions finely.
- Juice lemon and lime over ingredients.
- Add a dash of sea salt.
