Sooo yummy! Servings depend on how mush salmon you use
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup rye meal or 1⁄2 cup rum
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Place salmon flesh side down in a large dish.
- Pour marinade over fish,and marinade over night in refridgerator.
- Wrap in foil and barbecue for 20-30 minutes or until it flakes easily.
I love rum and was excited to find this recipe. My DH & I both enjoyed it but made the decision that next time we'd cut down the amount of molasses or take it out all together. Was just a little overwhelming. Definitely will try it again though!
