- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup sliced mango
- 3⁄4 cup sliced strawberry, washed and hulled
- 1⁄4 cup honey (to taste)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄3 cup 2% low-fat milk
directions
- Add yogurt, milk, and honey.
- Add pineapple and blend.
- Add mango and strawberries; blend until smooth.
