RED LAYER
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup strawberry, frozen and unsweetened
- 1 cup raspberries, frozen and unsweetened
- 3 tablespoons sugar

ORANGE LAYER
- 1⁄2 cup mango, diced and frozen
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar

YELLOW LAYER
- 3⁄4 cup pineapple juice (1 whole mini can)
- 3⁄4 cup fresh pineapple chunk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 -6 ice cubes

GREEN LAYER
- 4 cups Baby Spinach, raw
- 3⁄4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- water

BLUE LAYER
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 large banana
directions
- Makes 10 rainbow smoothies.
- You will need to blend each layer separately, so simply rinse out your blender between each smoothie.
- For each smoothie layer, combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour a small, even layer into all 10 glasses. Rinse blender, make next layer and pour a small, equal layer on top of the previous color. Repeat until finished with the blue layer on top and serve with fun straws!
