- 1 pint strawberry
- 750 ml sparkling white wine
directions
- Wash and hull strawberries.
- Purée in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pass through a sieve, if liked.
- Chill in refrigerator at least one hour.
- Pour the chilled strawberry purée into a flute (1/3) and then add chilled sparkling wine (2/3).

After several floods to my basement, I am starting to input all of the many many recipes that I've been collecting for years. I didn't realize just how many I had saved up... must make note to self.. step away from the cookbooks!
