      I was looking for a salad dressing a little off the beaten path and came across this jewel. Unfortunately, my rose bush isn't blooming yet so I used rose water. I was also out of raspberry vinegar and substituted white balsamic. The dressing was delicious on a tossed salad with baby spinach, arugula, shaved carrot, dried tart cherries and toasted sliced almonds. Thanks for posting. I'll be making this again very soon!
