Rodeo Shake-Up Salad Dressing

"Truthfully, I usually just throw everything in the blender and whiz it all together. This is good with different vinegars. I have successfully used cider, red wine and white wine vinegar. DON'T use plain white vinegar, it's not so great."

  1. This was a unique salad dressing for me. The paprika gave it a reddish color, and there was quite a bit of texture in it from the blue cheese and egg bits. I served it over baby spinach leaves. It was very tasty, and I suspect the flavor will be even better after a day in the fridge. Made for PAC Spring 2010.
