Found this recipe in a magazine and had to try them. They are wonderful!!
- Heat oven to 350*.
- Prepare cake mix as box directs.
- Add remaining ingredients to batter.
- Blend well.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Bake for 22 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan.

I made these today for our church's rodeo concession stand. They were the first to sell out completely! They were delicious and very easy to make. I did substitute pecans for the walnuts and tossed the nuts and marshmallows with about 2 Tbsp. of the dry cake mix before adding them to the mixture. These make huge cupcakes so you might want to fill each cup a little less than 3/4 full. These are not beautiful cupcakes but the taste is scrumptious! Thanks Inez, for a wonderful addition to my recipe file.
These were very good. The marshmallows kind of oozed into non-existance, but that didn't matter because they still got gobbled down!
