This cake was amazing! I didn't find it too rich, and I dont like overwhelming rich cakes. But light and fluffy and beautiful to look at as well. I had made a chocolate crock pot cake in the past, and it was such a let down, I didn't think I would ever try another... but I am sooooo glad I found this recipe! The only thing I can say is, I have a 6qt crock and it rose to the top, yet the recipe is for a 4qt. so I'm not sure what happened there, but it was such a great cake! I am so impressed! Thank you so much for sharing this!

Made this for my other half to take to a weekly meeting he attends & it was a big hit, at least with the chocoholics in the group, while the rest opted for the store-bought doughnuts ~ Their loss! I particularly liked the triple dose of chocolate in this one, & had I served it here at home, I'd definitely have topped it with even more (the chocolate ice cream)! Not something most would want a large helping of, but certainly a dream dessert for us -holics! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]
