This is a great meal by itself, but if you must, it's also an excellent side for bbq's or get togethers. We can't keep it around for more than a day when we make it...delicious!!! Also...I like the veggies cut up fairly large in this just seems to work better that way.

This was SO good! We added a few sliced of crumbled bacon to it, and YES--all by itself--it became a MEAL! Delish.... Made as directed (used golden raisins). Wouldn't change a thing. My hubby is from Montana, so this was a SPECIAL treat for him. *Made for Spring 2007 PAC*

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix all dressing ingredients together.
  2. Add veggies, fruits, and peanuts.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Leave in fridge for at least an hour -- the longer it "sits" in there, the better -- flavor absorption time.
