Roasted Nuts With Mace and Cinnamon (Pistachios or Pecans)

Nuts roasted with a mixture of mace, cinnamon, sugar and salt.


  1. In a large skillet, heat the nuts over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden brown (5 minutes).
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, add the mixture to the nuts, and mix well to coat.
  3. Let dry on a baking sheet (can be dried by roasting in oven to speed up process).

Made these last night with pecans, I love it, sweet and salty at the same time without burning a single nut, has a great roasted flavor. Just like the nuts at the fair!
