- 2 1⁄2 cups pistachios, shelled or 2 1/2 cups pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground mace
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
directions
- In a large skillet, heat the nuts over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden brown (5 minutes).
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, add the mixture to the nuts, and mix well to coat.
- Let dry on a baking sheet (can be dried by roasting in oven to speed up process).
