A great, no-fail recipe for roasted potatoes! Definitely deserves 5 stars for both simplicity and flavor. I loved how quickly it went together! I was roasting them while baking chicken, so I placed them on the lowest rack level and the chicken on the upper middle level (since I usually bake chicken at 350). The chicken and potatoes both came out perfectly that way. Thanks so much for posting this oh-so-easy and oh-so-good potato recipe, Miss Penny! Made for the "I Recommend" tag game.
Not bad at all,I also added some chopped onions.
Yum! I diced the potatoes small so I could get lots of crisp. Loved the garlic too! Thanks Penny!
