Bread
- 354.88 ml brown sugar
- 157.80 ml vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 650.62 ml all-purpose flour
- 236.59 ml buttermilk
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 354.88 ml diced fresh rhubarb
- 118.29 ml chopped nuts (optional)

Topping
- 118.29 ml granulated sugar
- 14.79 ml margarine or 14.79 ml butter
- ground cinnamon
directions
- For the Bread:.
- Mix ingredients in order listed. Batter will be very thick. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with topping. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 minutes.
- For the Topping:.
- Mix sugar, margarine and cinnamon until cruble and sprinkle over tops of loads.

I always use goat milk in palce of all milk products and it works really well. It has a slight sweet taste, but in baked goods it's not noticable.
