- 6 egg whites
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 ounces milk
directions
- Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl with 1 yolk, add a dash of milk (or water if you are competition dieting) - this makes the eggs more fluffy and a little nicer to eat. Put salt and pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce to taste.
- Top with sauce made from 50% Tomato Sauce (Ketchup) and 50% Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.

What an awesome recipe. I'm on a 17 day diet and my breakfast is fruit and two scrambled egg whites. I didn't know how I was going to scramble egg whites, so of course I turned to you wonderful people. These taste almost like regular scrambled eggs - who knew one yolk and milk would make such a difference. You have my eternal thanks.
