Low Fat/High Protein Yogurt Pudding
- Ready In:
- 1000 g plain fat-free yogurt (about a quart)
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package Jell-O pudding mix, instant non-fat no sugar added pudding mix
- 160 g vanilla protein powder (160 gm is two servings, vary amount to suit your needs or powder, use any flavor that compliments yo)
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl, beat (or whisk) until it starts to thicken slightly. Place back in containers and refrigerate 4 hours (or so) .
