This recipe, from The Fresh Market store, is a unique party appetizer.
- 1 1⁄2 lbs red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 bunch mint, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 small red onion, finely chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients and chill for at least one hour (or overnight).
- Serve with toasted baguette slices and goat cheese or Brie.
