6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
¹⁄₂ teaspoon sugar
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon black pepper
2 anchovy fillets
³⁄₄ cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves

directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until well blended. Use dressing over fresh Romaine greens and garlic croutons.
