Re-Make Baked Pineapple Casserole

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Brummel and Brown spread
- 3⁄4 cup Splenda granular (sugar substitute)
- 12 ounces egg substitute
- 4 cups fresh pineapple, crushed
- 5 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
- 1 dash salt (optional)
directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cream Margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs and beat.
- Add Crushed Pineapple and Bread cubes.
- Mixture will look curdled. That's ok - that is how it is suppose to look.
- Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 or 50 minutes or until set.
