- 8 mushrooms
- 1 celery rib
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 14.79 ml miso
- 56.69 g sunflower seeds, ground
- 56.69 g pumpkin seeds, ground
- 85.04 g sesame seeds, ground
- 29.58 ml water
directions
- Roughly chop the mushrooms, celery, and parsley.
- Put everything in the food processor apart from the water and process until smooth.
- Pour in water and process for another minute.
