Make and share this Raw Fruit Bars recipe from Food.com.
- 2 cups sprouted oats
- 1 cup dates (soaked in water for 1 hour)
- 1 cup raisins (soaked in water for 1 hour)
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg and cinnamon
- 1 dash orange juice
- 1 dash Anjou pear, bragg amino acid
- Homogenize the entire ingredient until they are smooth. Spread on tray, make it 1/2" thick and dehydrate for 18 hours.
